Week 12

Hello everyone!

Even though this 4 day week was a little long, I have really enjoyed my weekend so far. Friday was a day off, and my friend came over, and we baked pumpkin bread and watched old Disney Channel movies. My mom and I also watched the Michelle Obama documentary on Netflix, and it was VERY good. I highly recommend it. I had a very satisfying workout, and I think it was so satisfying because I did a little 15-minute Vinyassa flow class on YouTube at the end. I always forget how much I love yoga until I have the sudden urge to just stretch. I found that I had trouble really connecting and zoning myself out. I want to do more yoga to try and get myself to easily get to that zenned out zone, and really connect and stretch myself out. This has just proved what I say all the time, “You never feel worse after working out”!

I also submitted my first college application that happened to be to my ED school. I was VERY nervous, and am surprised that my hands were calm enough to actually hit submit. Time really goes fast, and this made everything hit that I’m an adult! I’m a senior, and I don’t have much more time in the environment I’m living in now. Anyway, I’m going to try to not think about it until I really have to!

Last week was my survey week #2. There were some issues, and I don’t think I will get the same numbers I got last time, but I think it will be ok. I worked really hard on graphing, but I had to ask my Stat tutor for help since I wasn’t getting anywhere. The first thing we graphed was the three points in time relating to how many activities one participated in during the Fall of 2019, Spring of 2020, and this Fall, and it was exciting to see some clear results! I’m excited to keep graphing (I never thought I’d say that)!
